Share Studio Space - Bridgeport $375

30 Daythe Zhou Brothers waiting list for awhile and a highly sought after
artist studio has just become available. However I would need to share with another artist. I usually work in the studio Mon-Fri 8am-4pm... So if you work in the evening or weekends, we will hardly ever see each other.
The 750 sqft space is a corner unit with windows
on two sides. It has been divided up into four good size rooms
(increasing wall space to hang work). One room has built-in storage
for large paintings and supplies. The other three have windows (2
facing north and one facing east) I am looking for someone to share
the space completely... Share working space, storage, and Gallery
space. I was planning to turn one room into a Textile Room with Sewing
machines and work table. Another for painting and pouring Resin. I
have all the fixing for a great Kitchen and an Art Library as well.
The other cool thing about this space is that It has an additional
300sqft of open gallery space outside the front door with three large
walls at the end of the hallway of the Fourth Floor. This will give
you amazing exposure to the hundreds of people that come thru on their
Monthly 3rd Friday Art Walk. Zhou Brothers have an established
marketing team there to help promote you and your art as well. The
building has a cool cafe and bar as well as a Public gallery on the
first floor. It does have a freight elevator that can be booked when
needed. The building also has free WIFI (and all utilities are
included too). It is located in Bridgeport (on 35th St, between
Halsted & Racine). It has a parking lot and is easily accessible via
CTA (35th St / Sox Red line stop and a quick bus ride or walk to the
studio). This is an awesome opportunity for a serious artist. The rent
would be $375 per month. Must be reliable, respectful, and relatively
neat (Art Happens, But Presentation is Everything) If you are

The space is pretty rough, however I am planning on painting and doing some renovations to make it stand out during the open houses...Would love to collaborate with the person who might be sharing and get their input before these changes happen.
