Seeking an chef who would like to collaborate on a project making mail art pieces for Chicago tourists. We will work in tandem. I will send you photographs, fragments of text, video   -- you create a recipe in response. I am looking for recipes that offer extraordinary or poetic food combinations with emphasis on color, texture, and aroma. 

I need someone who is able to work on the project through July. I cannot pay but I will print our work on 5 postcards for a limited distribution in downtown Chicago. If its successful, there may be an opportunity down the road to sell them. We can do the whole thing over the internet, but preference goes to someone who knows Chicago. 

Please send an example of a recipe to me and a brief, casual letter of introduction telling me a bit about yourself.
