I am a Chicago based Metal Sculptor that has been doing metal work for over 15 years. I will be teaching a
metal sculpture and Fabrication class out of my personal studio beginning this fall. The class will be the
equivalent of a college entry level metal sculpture class without having to go through the prerequisites.
Understand that this is not a certification class nor is it credited, This is for people that have interest in the
medium and would like to learn.
$560 for the one month class; two classes a week for two hour for four weeks. The classes will take place
Monday through Thursday from 7 to 9pm. 16 hours total. I will only allow 3 - 4 people per class.
You will learn:
* Welding with a MIG welder
* Cutting metal with an oxy acetylene torch, plasma, and grinder.
* Shaping and forming
* Basic principals and technique
$100 for a single two hour class; These classes will be schedule based on availability.
You will learn:
* Basics welding with a MIG welder
* Basics cutting metal with an oxy acetylene torch, plasma, and grinder.
