Illinois Secretary of State: Dept. of Business Services
A centralized repository for business filings in six areas: Corporations (for-profit and nonprofit), Limited Liability Companies, Registered Limited Liability Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Trademarks, and the Uniform Commercial Code.

Open to non-profit 501(c)(3) performing arts organizations who are struggling during the current economic crisis, the initiative will provide free and confidential counsel in fundraising, board development, budgeting, marketing, and etc.
